UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Certification – Quality Management System
All OP equipment is CE certified and manufactured according to high quality standards, with particular attention to operator safety and product reliability. As part of this continuous improvement process, OP has obtained UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, which confirms the adoption of a quality management system focused on process control, production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
To ensure direct control over component quality, OP established Sinde Srl, a company dedicated to the production of the mechanical parts that make up the equipment. Assembly, testing and finished-product warehouse management remain at OP headquarters, where the warehouse is constantly renewed to ensure prompt delivery of catalogue items.

Call for Digital Transition
OP S.R.L. has received support from the Regional Programme PR ERDF 2021–2027 of Lombardy Region, under the “Digital Transition of Lombard Enterprises” call, Action 1.2.3, dedicated to accelerating the digital transformation processes of SMEs.
The project concerns the implementation of advanced digital solutions to make business processes increasingly integrated, efficient and secure. The planned actions include the digitalization of processes related to quality, production and the supply chain, the introduction of demand-driven planning tools and MES, the use of generative artificial intelligence to support service and customer care, as well as the strengthening of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
This investment confirms OP’s commitment to innovation, reliability, operational continuity and continuous improvement of the services offered to its customers.
