FERRULE PROCESSING LINE

Our ferrule processing line was conceived to allow to automatically crimp elastic ferrules. This line, which needs to be properly set-up according to the kind of ferrule process, allows to perform the following operations:

• Manual insertion of the ferrules on the conveyor belt, feeding the line;
• Geometric control by means of cameras, to detect ferrules which do not respect the pre-set parameters;
• Ferrule crimping;
• Dimensional inspection of the ferrule crimping diameter;
• Division between approved and not approved ferrules, which are stocked in two different areas.
