UNISPEED USFL 24/37 ES 6/18

The new UNISPEED USFL 24/37 ES 6/18 allows to carry out preassembling operations of DIN2353 rings and, with the addition of a flaring block, can also be used for 37° flaring of hydraulic tubes up to 18 mm in diameter and a maximum thickness of 2 mm.
The cylinder is not integrated in the main structure of the machine (patent pending configuration), which allows for more working space. This, together with tools which are smaller than the standard, allows Unispeed USFL 24/37 ES 6/18 to process tubes with a very short flat-end, for which the distance between the pre-assembly point and the first bends is very limited (shaped rigid tubes, composite tubes, very common in the automotive industry). The machines is equipped with a touch-screen electronic control, that allows to input working parameters and save recipes.
