O+P has recently supplied a special test bench to one of the most important Italian distributors and hose assemblers.

The BC1200ES/F is very interesting for its flexible configuration: it is provided with mobile manifolds, with quick couplings and a larger number of nipple threads and holes for SAE flanges.

Furthermore it is provided with a dedicated platform which makes the test bench perfectly suitable for testing hose coils on pallet up to 1200 bar. 

The pressure (static and impulse), the filling and the emptying of the test fluid are automatically controlled by PLC with touch screen on a separate control panel or remotely, so it even fully meets the Industry 4.0.

The user can print the report and store data on a USB memory support.

Many optional are available upon request: adapters, washing system, PC connection and special voltage versions.
